YAY. I'm apart of Key Club, so I was able to go an par-tay at the Youth Conference-- We had so much fun!

As a rule, if any belonging of yours (such as a nametag which must be worn at all times)is found, you're made to sing in from of EVERYBODY. And guess who steals my nametag and turns it in as "lost"? My loverly brother, ~EvanEggplant. But otherwise, everything was great.

We got into "Small groups", which are pretty much like teams. The theme this year was "Be a Hero--volunteer", so my group was the X-Men. xD We won the Key Club Olympics!

The Olympics. Were. AWESOME. We had wierd relays that involved putting on articles of clothing, putting a straw between our nose and the top of our lips (like a moustache), cartwheels, and so on. The last relay, however, was the FOOD RELAY.

Our team won the first-ever Key Club Olympics! We were winning to begin with, but for the Food Relay, we PWN'D. The last two items were the worst (or at least the secod to last). Yep, it was baby food. xD Fortuately, I was the very last, and I got SPAM. And yes, I like spam. WE WON. >D

There was also the sadder part of YC-- the Project Life stuff. Dude, Montana is the leading State in Suicides... D: Really freaking sad. There was a couple guest speakers who stood up and talked of their expirience with the death of a family member from suicide, and I nearly--NEARLY--cried. D: Once all the sad bits were over, we all assembled into our small groups to talk about it. xD One guy started crying, so I gave him a hug, then I started crying, too. xD Crying in contagious with me for some reason, I don't like seeing people sad. >: But yeah, onto happier subjects... >D

After the bawling fest, our group decided to uplift spirits by stealing the pillows from a neighboring group (sitting on your butt on that floor all day is uncomfortable--peeps bring pillows)... and one thing led to another... and then BEWM, pillowfight! It was the greatest thing ever, really got me feeling better. ^^

We also did an epic fundraiser thing that invlved DUCT-TAPING SOMEBODY TO A WALL. Yeah, that just happened. xD We pay one doller per foot of duct tape, so then they strt looking like a mummy. xD

Then, towards the end of the day, there was the dance. ^^ It was fun. Two guys did the Evolution of Dace, it was so awesome... xD There was a drawing for a "Who gets to dance with the board members of Key Club" thing, so a slow song came on... and the guy I hugged earlier asked me to dance ^^ It mad me all happy~~

So, that pretty much sums up how AWESOME Key CLub is.
